How do you ensure the freshness of your baked goods during shipping?
All items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or placed in airtight packaging immediately after cooling. We use expedited shipping methods to ensure your treats arrive with that 'just-out-of-the-oven' taste.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan pastries. Please check the 'Dietary Needs' section of our menu for a full list of ingredients and allergen information.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
How long do your products stay fresh after arrival?
Most of our breads and pastries stay fresh for 3-5 days when stored in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, many of our items can be frozen for up to three months.
Can I place a custom order for a special event?
Absolutely! We love catering for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Please fill out our 'Custom Order' form at least two weeks in advance so we can perfect your request.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We pride ourselves on using locally sourced, organic flour and seasonal fruits from nearby farms. We never use artificial preservatives or corn syrup in any of our recipes.
